ABOUT JOURNEY!
Journey Jolley is a multi-disciplinary performer who put on her first pair of dance shoes at 2 years old and never took them off. While living in Hawaii as a young adult she learned the dangerous, yet dazzling art of fire dancing. Now for the past 12 years she’s taught and performed across the country using her passion for both dance and fire. What separates Journey from the rest is her fusion of graceful movement with technical precision using 15+ fire props and 8 glow/led props along with the dangerous arts of fire breathing and fire eating. Her diversity and skill is incomparable and equally unforgettable.
In 2020 she moved beyond solo work and began co-directing Pyrotex Fire Collective, a storytelling fire show of 32 dancers that was selected to showcase their performance at Burning Man in 2022.
